About
Josie Sansone
Josie attended one of the nation’s top-tier law schools at Pepperdine University School of Law. After graduating, Josie was selected by the Honorable Eric Johnson for a prestigious judicial clerkship at the Eighth District Judicial Court of Nevada where she worked on a variety of different civil matters, including some of the largest personal injury cases in Nevada.
After her clerkship, Josie spent nearly half a decade at Nevada’s preeminent insurance defense law firm where she worked alongside award-winning litigators on numerous trials learning how to defend insurance claims. Over the years, Josie continuously prevailed against attorneys that lacked her litigation experience and seemed to never make their clients a priority. But, Josie strived to do something more.
Being well-versed in representing insurance companies, Josie founded Platinum Injury Law to provide the best representation for anyone who has been injured and obtain the compensation that they deserve. Platinum Injury Law provides a personalized experience for their clients and helps them navigate the legal system through consistent and thoughtful communication. Josie is continually recognized by her peers as a top-tier lawyer. In both 2020 and 2021, Josie was recognized as a top lawyer by Vegas, Inc. In 2021 and 2022, she was named on the mountain states rising stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Josie also gives back to the community by donating her time to various organizations. Josie assists indigent clients at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada Pro Bono Project and is involved with the Unforgettables Foundation of Southern Nevada, which assists low-income families in providing a dignified burial for their deceased children. In 2021, Josie sat on the fundraising and planning committee for the Teddy Bear Tea, The Unforgettables Foundation’s annual children’s holiday event.
When Josie is not advocating for her clients and helping the community, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and rescue dog, Brock.
